I’m a young and energetic trainer for whom working out and lifting weights are simply a natural part of life. My job is to help people find a sustainable path to physical activity and a healthy mindset. I’ve already helped many clients get past the tough early stages. Together, we’ll create a plan from start to finish that works and fits seamlessly into your daily routine. Let’s get started together so you can enjoy your workouts and feel better in your body. With clients, I most often focus on building muscle mass or reducing body fat. I also work with clients who have multiple sclerosis or are recovering from surgeries or injuries (e.g., knee). At the beginning, I take the time to explain things in depth so the client understands why I’m incorporating these specific exercises—from machines to free weights.
