My name is Barbora Hofmannová, and movement is a way of life for me. I am a certified physiofitness trainer and midwife—I combine the worlds of fitness and maternity care to offer you comprehensive support at every stage of life.

I studied midwifery at the Faculty of Medicine at Masaryk University in Brno and have many years of experience in the field, so I have a deep understanding of the female body—during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. But physiofitness isn’t just for women: I also train men who are looking for a personalized approach and high-quality exercise guidance.
