I am a nutrition specialist and trainer who believes that a healthy lifestyle should be sustainable in the long term and, above all, bring joy.
Sports have been a part of my life for many years. I’m a runner, I’ve also tried HYROX, and thanks to my various athletic experiences, I now view exercise in a much more holistic way. I’ve discovered that it’s not important to focus solely on one activity, but rather to find one that you enjoy and that motivates you over the long term.
I’ve gone through some challenging periods in my own life, which helped me understand just how much of an impact proper nutrition, exercise, and healthy habits have on our health, energy, and overall well-being. That’s exactly why I help my clients find a path that works for them in their daily lives.
