As a certified strength and conditioning coach, I’ll guide you on your journey toward your goals, whether you want to improve your fitness, build strength, or start exercising in a healthy way.
Sports have been a part of my life since I was a child. I studied coaching and immediately put theory into practice at the gym. Around the age of twenty, combat sports entered my life—today I compete in MMA at the amateur level and pass on my experience to others.
I don’t promise instant miracles—we’ll have to work for them in the gym. That’s why discipline is a must during training, but I also care about you leaving with a clear head and a good mood. My greatest reward is seeing your real progress—lost weight, lifted weights, improved fitness.
I help fitness enthusiasts who want to tone their bodies, athletes with strength training, and children, for whom I build proper movement habits. All you need is the desire to work hard—we’ll take care of the rest together.

I've been working with Tadeáš since January, based on a recommendation from my physiotherapist Bára Mořávková (Kroupová). I do triathlon as a hobby competitor. For 5 years, however, I couldn't run due to a chronic inflammation of the calf muscle insertion at the foot. Instead, I did aquabike (swimming + cycling) for the previous seasons. Thanks to my physio and targeted strength training under Tadeáš's guidance, I was finally able to return to running and full triathlon this year. It turned out to be my best racing season yet – always on the podium, if not overall, then at least 1st place in my age group (AG). Tadeáš has a fully individual approach, is always easy to talk to, and tailors the training to each client. He helped me tremendously, and I can recommend him as a coach without hesitation!
Training with Tadeáš has been a game-changer for me. I came to him with a running injury that kept me from doing what I love most, but thanks to his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care, I’ve rebuilt my core, reduced the pain, and can now run again — recently even 10 km in one go.
