I am a strength and conditioning coach based in Brno. My passion is integrating modern sports science with everyday coaching practice. In training, I don’t rely solely on how things feel; instead, I use objective data and technology to ensure safe and effective progress. Whether I’m preparing athletes for the season, working with young athletes, or helping the general public improve their health and strength, my approach is always strictly individualized. I actively apply my academic knowledge and passion for strength training to my educational content as well. Štěpán coaches my 13-year-old son, focusing on improving his explosiveness and speed in soccer. The training sessions are well-structured, challenging, but fun. I appreciate his expertise, the progression of the exercises, and his ability to explain them. I myself had a training session with Štěpán focused on knee pain, where he showed me a lot of exercises, and I have to thank him—it helped me a lot.
