I’ve been playing hockey since I was six years old, and I played for 25 years, 12 of which were at the professional level. After retiring from my playing career, I stayed in the sports world as a personal trainer. I train both professional and amateur athletes. I help my clients effectively achieve their fitness goals through a personalized approach, expert guidance, and a systematically designed training program.
