My name is Olga Kolosova, and I help women feel better in their bodies, improve their fitness, and achieve their goals in a healthy and sustainable way. I specialize in strength training for women, weight loss, body sculpting, and nutritional counseling—all without unnecessary restrictions or extreme diets. A large part of my practice is dedicated to postpartum women—I help them safely return to exercise, address diastasis recti and a weakened pelvic floor, and strengthen their core. I always emphasize a personalized approach, proper technique, and long-term, sustainable results.
