Exercise and a healthy diet are an integral part of my life. After years of trying various sports, I found my passion in strength training, which I’ve been doing for over 10 years. After my experience with bikini fitness, I was most drawn to hybrid training—a combination of strength, endurance, and fitness. That’s why I also run, cycle, and do HYROX; I’ve completed 10Ks, half-marathons, marathons, and HYROX in both the Doubles and Singles categories. My goal is to help clients find a balance between training, nutrition, and everyday life so that a healthy lifestyle becomes a natural part of their lives and brings them joy, energy, and long-term results.
