Hi, I’m Milu, and my passion is exercise and a healthy lifestyle. After 16 years of competitive figure skating and my own experiences with injuries, I am now studying Sports Rehabilitation and Nutrition at Masaryk University and coaching young hockey players. Together, we’ll build discipline, strength, and self-confidence—because exercise is also a great way to relieve stress and feel good.
