I devoted my life to elite sport — I spent years on professional volleyball courts, where I learned what discipline, hard work and a champion's team mentality really mean.
As co-founder of Winning Fitness, I now pass that energy on. I focus on conditioning and functional training, movement preparation and stability — building a body that is strong, agile and resilient.
For me it's about more than training. It's about the habits, confidence and joy of movement that stay with you for life.
