Sports have always been a natural part of my life. Through soccer and fitness, I found my way into personal training, where I find the most fulfillment in being part of my clients’ transformations. I’ve been working with Anet for almost a year now. I reached out to her for help with weight loss. At the time, my BMI was in the third degree of obesity, which really opened my eyes. With Anet’s help, I managed to lose 30 kg in 9 months of training together. I still have a long way to go, but thanks to Anet, I know it’s not impossible. She’s definitely not the kind of trainer who’ll just let you “sit on a machine and do a few reps.” She pushes you to your limits, and every workout is a real grind. She knows how to motivate you and naturally pushes you further, and even when working in pairs, she maintains an individualized approach. The workouts are very varied, which is a big plus for us. The exercises she includes in the workout are effective and make sense even when you can’t go on anymore. Workouts with Anet hurt, but they work!!! And actually, you look forward to the next one every time.
